These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl1818 ("jl1818," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl1818 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at jl1818.app and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jl1818 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by jl1818's payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. jl1818 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

jl1818's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl1818 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl1818's liability for death or personal injury caused by jl1818's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
